Several large potholes all starting to join together at least 3m long and the width of lane

These potholes have been getting progressively worse over the last couple of months and are now degrading by the day. They are getting so deep and the whole width of the road is so bad that it is very difficult to navigate the lane. The whole of the surface of the lane is now getting broken up.
