Tarmac missing around road drain

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14196662.

Driving out of Shawbury a drain in the carriageway is seriously exposed by the pothole in front of it. The lane is so narrow that it's hard to avoid with incoming traffic. The vertical iron edge will surely be damaging wheels as it stands about 80-100 high.

  • This problem has not been fixed. No sign that anything has changed, so I think this is a clerical error. In addition to this problem, the next drain has a pothole on its far edge.
