Road flooded at corner bend meaning oncoming traffic has to access the opposite side of the road in order to get through

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14196607.

The flooding caused a serious traffic accident on the corner just over a year ago, and since the drain was cleared, the flooding hasn't been as serious. The road was almost completely flooded this morning, presumably because the drain is now blocked and unable to take the water away.
