There is a general spread of drivers rubbish discarded in areas around the Whitchurch bypass Ringroad. This build up tends to happen moreso in laybys where vehicles can park up, discard their waste and drive on. It's a sad reflection on our town as it's the first thing anyone experiences when approaching Whitchurch
