Severe surface erosion at T junction

This T junction has a severely eroded surface with multiple potholes, and increasing build up of loose grit and aggregate creating large bumps. The road markings have been completely destroyed. Water flows down from both slopes damaging the road and carrying debris to this location. Requires resurfacing and improvement of drainage into the adjacent stream to avoid water travelling along the road and continuing the problem.
