The Tarmac at the entrance to our property although technically is yours, the damage to it and the deep gouge on our property caused by the HGV slamming breaks in needs filling but the tarmac area is a hazard and the speed of all types of vehicles could cause further damage and damage to car or lorry. Plus our car getting in or off. I assume you are aware of the speeds on this stretch of road and the accidents already are substantial do we want another ??
