Tree branches snapped and then hanging in another branch that is cracked

This tree is ready to fall and it’s a huge chunk of oak tree hanging right over the road a bit more rain or wind it’s going to come down and hopefully not on top of someone’s car a large chunk of it came down and blocked the road a few weeks ago and it’s just been left on the side of the road there are a few others on the road as well and as this is our only decent way out we need to keep it safe which at the moment it’s not and it’s very precariously balancing so it’s needs sorting out asap .
