Erosion of driveway by water coming down green lane to the sharp bend in the road in the centre of Bushmoor

This is the continuing problem of the water that runs down from the green lane, which, because of a blocked drain is diverted down the road. I reported this about 18 months ago and was told that a solution would be put in place during the summer of 2025. Nothing has happened which is very disappointing. Personally I am effected because the water continually erodes my driveway, but more importantly in impacts the houses further down the road by by flooding to the doorways. When the weather is cold the water freezes and is a danger to traffic and pedestrians. People from the council have turned up sporadically in Hi Viz jackets and look at the drainage ditch and the water running down the road, but no action is taken. If curb stones had of been laid in front of my drive when the bend was widened that would have helped. If the original drain cannot be maintained can a new drain be put in place?
