Residents along Pear Tree Lane are concerned about highway safety and yet this is be exacerbated by a number people who are dangerously obstructing the public highway with stones and bollards. These are a hazard to all highway users and make the narrow lane even smaller for lawful road users. Can these dangerous onbstructionsbe removed from the public highway please - this is a public road, not private property.
