Large, growing pothole outside Brook Lodge

Large lorries are quickly making this hole larger and deeper, their passage is now shaking the house. I report potholes on this stretch from junction with Swan Meadow to outside Brook House (next door to Brook Lodge). They get patch repaired, but what is needed is a proper deep resurface job to prevent the inevitable re-occurrence. PLEASE.
