Elderly gentleman with limited mobility lives at number four (The Old School House). Over time, the pavement infront of the house has degraded, now to the point that the rough transition constantly presents a trip hazard, particularly in the winter as water flows quickly down the steep street and tends to ice up around this cracked part (Could be cause of the degradation?) Are we able to visit, assess, and repair?
