Many areas of poor road surface/ water issues and many potholes

This request covers the whole of Blodwell Bank from the junction of Trefonen/Nantmawr road at Treflach all the way down to the junction with A495. Main areas are 1) between Junction of Trefonen/Nantmawr road and junction to Wern Y Wiel - where major works were carried out a few years ago the surface is now becoming uneven with some sinkage/uneven surface visible. 2) Just south of the the junction with Wern Y Wiel there is a large patch of crumbling road surface with evidence of water damage (this has been repaired before in recent past) - This was lethal during recent frosts. 3) South of the junction of Cefn Lane and Coopers Lane there is an issue of water damage from water, which appears to come from an existing ditch, flowing onto the road and running all the way down to the junction of the A495. The surface at this point was "repaired" round 18 months ago due to damage by large tractors but is now requiring a lot more work. I am not sure of why the water is coming onto the road but there is a ditch all the way down the road which should contain the water without issue - maybe there is a blockage where the ditch is piped below a field gate entrance - needs exploration and remedying if that is the case so that all water is run away utilising current ditch. Notwithstanding the water issue the road surface now needs to be repaired down to the junction - this again was very dangerous in recent frosts because of the escaping water. Finally all areas between those mentioned above need to be inspected as there are many potholes here and there which require proper repairs also.
