Fallen tree branches

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14194425.
Previous report ref: 14193112. Customer reporting tree has fallen , branches everywhere on the road , customer says have cleaned up as much as possible but her and husband are both late 80s so cant do much , would like someone to come out , branches are not on the road on verge now but still a obstruction
Customer advised the tree branches are 12 feet long and are perched on the verge and leaning up against the hedge, A highways van drove right past them Tuesday, the report closed as it says they could not find the issue. the branches are still there please can they be collected ASAP.

Tree branches still there leaning up again the verge, Please can the be collected ASAP, not just chopped smaller and left like the guys did the other day, they could of easily took them instead of wasting there time cutting them up and leaving them where they are. please come and remove tree branches
