Multiple potholes appearing around previous substandard repairs

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14193936.

Repairs that have only lasted about a month are already failing and multiple potholes are appearing. Please fix and do a proper repair. The road needs resurfacing not patchwork which failed.
