Hedge encrouching onto road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14193805.

The hedges on both sides of the lane need cutting back as during the snow they fell over into the lane and had to be removed to clear the lane by the workers clearing the snow.

  • The school bus has informed the Council that they are struggling with the hedge that has been reported previously so this matter is more urgent now.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
