Flooding across the entire highway for approximately 50 yards

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14193439.

For the last two years any rain causes the highway to rapidly flood, this has been happening since a small tree was blown over which I suspect has caused the collapse of the nearby highway drainage pipework With the freezing weather water from this flood is dragged by passing cars out onto the hodnet road which then turns rapidly to ice on a fast sweeping bend. It will not be a case of if a vehicle crashes but when and whether the occupants will survive
