Sheet ice from flooding

This section of road flood multiple times each year. Depth make this route unusable for pedestrians for multiple reasons.

The flooding created black ice for over a 100m each side in winter coupled with big potholes this is a seriously dangerous mix of bad road surface, ice and pedestrians.

Suggest the road level us raised 500mm from current level and drainage channels cleared.
