New salt bin request

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14192981.

We have a need for an extra salt bin on school Lane. There are a lot of elderly people & school children that use this lane. There is one bin by the school but this is often empty. Another bin is required and this would really help a lot of people in the freezing winter months. Thanks very much
