Refill on salt bin

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14192978.

Member of public from number 4 said someone came the other day to re fill salt bin but looked in it but didnt fill it up, member of public cant get out the house, been stuck for two days, road needs gritting or bins re filled with salt
