Ditch blocked

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14192954.

Monday 5th our vehicle got recovered out the ditch at SY4 4RN But this caused the drainage ditch to get blocked we have put cones out but this ditch would need rectifying as soon as possible as it leads to some ones back garden can you please go out to investigate this
