Street light no. 10 in Pear Tree Lane, Whitchurch SY13 1NG not working

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14192945.

This broken street light was reported by a resident before Xmas and is still not working. Could this be fixed asap please - many thanks.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.

  • This streetlight is still not working. The street is in complete darkness. It is so important that this light is fixed. Please can you look into this as soon as possible. Thank you

  • Customer calling as its been 3 months since this report and the light is still not on , says its still dark and doesnt understand why it takes so long, would like someone to come fix this asap , will be writing to leader of council over this
