Traffic lights

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14191936.

On Christmas eve temporary traffic lights were set up on A53 outside Tunstall Hall. Tf94aa. WHY? By new years eve nothing has happened. Who is going to work here? Has permission been granted?
