Big pothole + surface problems

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14191590.

Whole entrance road into village going northbound is falling apart. It has been repaired and patched multiple times and all of these seem to be coming up / failing because of the amount of rain we have had. Big potholes forming on the left side and road repairs coming up through the middle. Whole section needs to be resurfaced ideally
