Drainage needed to help with clearing water

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14191182.

Customer reported there were issues with water building up coming up to and on the Coalport Bridge on SC side. He said it sounded like the pumps were struggling to cope with the volume of water coming down to it. He asked if we might be able to have drainage installed to help with future deluges in this area.
