Blocked drains resulting in flood

The lane (a highway) was flooded and impassable on Monday and the police had a road closure in place where it joined Martin Road. It often floods to a low level but the drains are now blocked and so the road is still flooded 48 hours later as shown in the photograph. The drains need to be cleared to allow the water to escape
