Pothole and sunken drain

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14190527.

As you head past the houses going northbound, big pothole has appeared right where you're left tyres would be. And about 29 yards further up the drain is sunken down a few inches and has been getting worse after a big rain shower
