Dangerous state of repair - leading to personal injury

While walking down the steps today, which are missing bricks integral to their good state of repair, I have slipped and caused injury.

Had this been a child or person of limited mobility or later years, it would have been considerably more serious.

The steps also lead onto the main road of Riverside thus causing significantly more risk.
