Big pot hole by Layby

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14190429.

Driving to Bishops Castle this morning I noticed 3 vehicles all with hazards on and changing tyres. I assume it is from this big pot hole on on the bishops castle end of the layby.
