Cattlegrid causing havoc for traffic due to sheep on Burway
Reported via desktop in the Cattle grid category anonymously at 15:44, Thu 11 December 2025
Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14190377.
Whole sheep family group have escaped today down into Church Stretton again. Since the last report on 26/11/25 the cattle grid is now completely crossable by sheep and ponies and will soon cause an accident. The sheep get distressed when they are away from their normal territory. Please give this some urgency. I have seen sheep on other days in the last week but not had my camera to take a picture. The cattlegrid has been an issue now since late August and gets worse dues to rain filling it with debris.
