Massive pothole in middle of the road

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14190300.

Driving back home in torrential rain I hit a pot hole that was full of rain water. Couldn't see it was a pot hole. I hit it immediately blowing out my tyre had to pull over on Ludlow racecourse and wait for the AA to attend
