Junction of Union st and Welsh St - racist graffiti

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14190274.

There is racist graffiti on the junction of welsh st and union st that was previously painted over but is now visible again and needs repainting.

    The pin on the map is in the wrong location. The graffiti is to the left of Black Lion House at the other end of welsh Street, downhill at the corner of Union St. between the two houses.

  • The issue you reported has been assessed and the necessary work will be included in our programme of upcoming maintenance.

    Our priority is to be effective at responding to the most serious problems so at this time we are unable to provide an exact timescale.

    In the meantime until these works can be undertaken, we will continue to undertake routine inspections, whereby notifiable issues are recorded and scheduled for action.
