Ditches blocked

Sent to Shropshire Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 14190120.

The ditch gullies to take water off highway are all blocked, therefore the water running down the racecourse road and into the lane opposite Whitewell lane,. When it gets here the ditches here are also blocked. resulting in recurring flooding to my mums home
