Flooding on highway, affecting property

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14190112.

Continued problem due to blocked highway ditches. Water cannot drain from highway resulting in my mums home flooding every time we have heavy rain. Been reported time after time. nothing ever done
