A blocked culvert on the lane opposite my property causes extensive flooding on the main road when we have heavy rainfall. As the roadside ditches and channels have not been dug and maintained, the floodwater cascades in volume onto my gravel driveway, it is exacerbated by passing traffic sending greater volumes of water into this cascade.This continues into my orchard, causing flooding around a hen house and pen. and into a greenhouse. This issue has been happening for at least 10 years but has become worse over the last 5-6 years. It is causing extensive damage to my property. The issue has been raised with the relevant department several times, most recently by email in July this year.
