Parking on pavement

Image shows five parked vehicles, at least two on the pavement. There are children walking home from school and two other vehicles having to manoeuvre round each other and the parked cars.

School children walking in the road due to poor parking. Shortly after this image was taken a cyclist was also coming round the pedestrians in the road.
