Dazzling yard light

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14189785.

As you drive out of Craven Arms, the property on the corner of B4368 and Park Lane has a very bright yard floodlight that dazzles oncoming traffic at night. I feel it is potentially dangerous, especially if passing other traffic at that point, there is almost nowhere to look away to avoid being dazzled. All that is required is either rotate the light slightly or shield it from the road. It has been an issue for several months, possibly years.
