Atcham Bridge B4380 Road Drains Still Blocked despite assurances that the works will be completed

The road drains along the B4380 are still blocked. As a result of the blockage rainwater is running back along the B4380 and pooling into Malthouse Lane causing flooding. When will the works be completed.
