Large pothole unable to measure due to being filled with water

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14189547.

These series of potholes have been there for at least a year that I know of. Last night 01/12/2025 My car went down these potholes punctured the front tyre and damaged the rear tyre both offside. The bill for changing these tyres was £156 on the 2/12/2025. I would like to put a claim in for this amount. Please contact me for details of payment as this was caused by a pothole on a road that Shropshire council should be maintaining.
