The fly tipping is on ground at manor close, area that houses 4 bunglows. It is against a wire fence and tree beside right of way to southfield road.

Broken fence panel, kitchen chair, plastic crate, black waste bin, beer cans and some waste that is overgrown now, there is carpet in the under growth. Waste has been dumped at this point before , has been building up all summer as far as I know.
