Flood on road, potholes,mud

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14189302.

Highways has an obligation to provide a safe highway.The lane as shown on the map is not fit for use.It is flooded ,potholed, muddy and is more like a farm track.It is due to poor or no maintenance as has been reported before.Also the trees hang over the lane which makes snow clearance impossible in deep winter.It really is time something was done
