Recent footpath resurfacing with emulsion(25/11/25)

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14189086.

Contractors resurfaced Rowan Road this morning at 10:30 and put up hazard tape and cones to keep people off the surface. The contractors left the area at approx 15:00 and removed the tape and cones before leaving. The surface was not set and because parents of school children picking up from Longlands some turn there cars around in our driveways and have damaged the surface. This surface was still wet at 17:00 and the temperature had dropped to 2 degrees. The job was very poor at best and is now a complete shambles.
