Street light hasn’t been working for some time

I walk to ALDI regularly and this streetlight and numbers 36 and 35 create an area that is very dark. There is a path from Battlefield Road to ALDI with three bollards which are very difficult to see in the dark and it is almost directly opposite non functioning street light 37. It looks as though some new street lights have been erected but not connected. Is there a cable problem here?
