Drainage on the Much Wenlock Road is not fit for purpose

The new junction and roadway surface along with new drainage is not working correctly. With heavy rain, the drainage is not coping with run off water that is FROM the highway and is draining onto PRIVATE land. This was reported to Harworth in June and has been promised to be looked at with no action. We had drainage installed on the driveway to mitigate this situation but these have been filled in and made non-operable by the work Harworths undertook. This is not yet an adopted highway and under the accountability of Harworth. I would like it noted that this complaint is registered and should inform the highway adoption process.
