A458 leaving Crosshouses towards Shrewsbury before Fox Farm left hand layby

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14188762.

Again I find myself sending details of fly tipping on this layby. I reported several flat pieces of wood fly tipped, now black dustbin bags have been fly tipped. I don't know what's inside them. Can something not be done about this layby. Camera's a large bin or something as there's constantly fly tipped rubbish here.
