Flood water across lane

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14188619.

The same problem occurs each year due to NO maintainence,in spite of informing the council each year.Because of lack of maintenance the lane now needs to be rebuilt as it is full of potholes.It has recently been exacerbated by heavy building vehicles ,Pickstock,using it.This begs the question: Is it worth reporting highway issues as nothing is done. why use Fix My Street when no notice is taken
