Excessive dangerous speed limit

The speed limit on Shepherds Lane is 40mph, despite this being a residential road and having a school fronting directly onto it. This is very dangerous, especially as the school entrance is on a bend and can be obscured. The ideal speed limit for this road would be 20mph approaching the school from both directions, possibly with physical speed limitations in place.
