Metal protruding out of pothole

Sent to Shropshire Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 14188482.

This has been here for a year, last week 10 November it had been fixed, today 17 November it's open again, a nasty sharp piece of metal is awaiting to rip open a tyre again, it is fixed often, but only lasts a week, the metal needs drilling out, or HGVs prohibited from using this road to stop further damage.
