Badly damaged area of road with potholes outside Guildhall

The road surface outside the Guildhall has deteriorated significantly as can be seen from the photo. There are also several potholes here. Repairs were carried out to this stretch of road earlier in the year but more, lasting work is needed. The poor surface creates a trip hazard for the many pedestrians crossing here.
