Thick mud and leaves covering gulleys

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14188274.

Mud from the verges has been pushed over all of the gulleys on this road due to rain and vehicles driving on verges to pass each other, there is roughly 3/4 inches of mud covering all of the gulleys and leaves have built up on top making it even harder for the water to drain away
