Water coming off road down driveway

Sent to Shropshire Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 14188236.

Water is coming off the road and down customer's drive, and could start coming into his property. He asked if we could deliver a sandbag because he has no way of getting to the depot, but he has no transport. I advised we don't deliver, so he asked if someone could get out to him as a matter of urgency to try to sort the drainage out so the water is taken away from his property. He asked if someone can call him to let him know if/when team will come out to investigate/sort out drainage here.
